Caring for Your Jewelry
Daune Price-Hannah Jewelry is constructed with raw copper (unless otherwise noted), and copper has a natural patina process. If you do not like the natural darkening patina of the copper then it is fairly easily cleaned. A few drops of a mild household soap, such as dish soap and luke-warm water. You can add a little light scrub with a toothbrush if need, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Please make sure it is completely dry before storing. It is advised that if you are not wearing your jewelry that you keep it in an airtight container or a zip lock baggie.
The following items can also be found in Daune Price-Hannah Jewelry. Stones, pearls, silver, silver plated beads, pewter and Swarovski crystals and they can all be cleaned with the same process listed above.
Note: It is advised to take your jewelry off before swimming, showering and any long exposures to water, for it could cause it to rust. Please keep your copper from exposure to chlorine and other harsh chemicals.
